3/4 cup Onions -- dice
1 slice Pancetta -- dice
1 1/4 teaspoons Garlic cloves -- mince
1 ounce Chicken base
1 quart Water
2 medium Potatoes; halve l'wise -- cut
slices
2 cups Cavallo or kale; halve -- slice 1/16" strips
1 1/2 cups Spicy sausage link -- halve
diag 1/2" slice
1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
Place sausage link onto sheet pan and bake in 300`F oven for15-20
minutes or until done. Place onions and bacon into 3-4 quart sauce pan
and cook onions over medium heat until the onions are almost clear. Add
garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, water and potatoes,
bring to a simmer for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients than simmer
for 5 more minutes and serve.
