Chicken and Spinach Quiche

1 cup chicken -- chopped, cooked
1 cup swiss cheese -- shredded
1/2 cup spinach -- cooked, chopped
1/4 cup onion -- chopped
2 eggs -- lightly beaten
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pie crust (9 inch) -- unbaked

In a large bowl, mix chicken, cheese, spinach and onion. Spoon mixture
into pastry shell. Stir together eggs, milk, mayonnaise and pepper
until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 - 50
