Hamburger Quiche

1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 cups chopped Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1 dash pepper

Brown meat in skillet, drain fat and set aside. Blend next 4 ingredients until
smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pie shell. Bake at
350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
