Paprika Chops

4 Lamb or Pork chops
1 Capsicum Green (Bell Pepper) -- Sliced
2 potatoes -- sliced
paprika
sour cream
1 onion sliced & separated -- into rings
mushrooms -- sliced
1 Clove garlic -- finely chopped
ground black pepper

Mix plenty of paprika with some freshly ground black pepper in a dish. Wash and
dry chops. Coat chops with the paprika mix.

Lightly oil baking tray (9 X 13 Pan). Layer onions, capsicum and potato slices
and mushrooms in tray and sprinke with chopped garlic.

Put paprika coated chops on top of potatoes. Put tray into oven for about 15 mi
nutes, then turn chops and cook for another 15 minutes.

Dollop some sour cream on top of chops and return to oven for another 10 minute
s. Serve with your favourite vegetables. We used cauliflower and made a white s
auce
