2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c Butter, melted
Dough or pizza shell
4 oz Cheddar or swiss cheese,grtd
4 oz Mozzerella cheese, grtd
2 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
1 oz Parmesan/Romano cheese, grtd
1 t Olive oil
1/2 ts Oregano
Red hot pepper, to taste

Ssaute garlic in butter until light brown. Spray
bottom of pizza pan or cookie sheet w/non-stick oil;
knead dough to fit, or place shell... Sprinkle cheese
on top; drizzle w/olive oil, sprinkle oregano & red
pepper (if desired) on top. Bake @425 until golden
brown.
