1 cup Flour
1 cup Cornmeal
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg -- slightly beaten
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Melted fat
1 pound Weiners
Sift dry ingredients together. Mix together egg; milk and fat. Add to dry
ingredients and stir till thoroughly mixed. Insert sticks into weiners. Pour
batter into tall glass for dipping. Deep fry until golden brown at 375 degrees.
