Pedernales River Chili

Title: PEDERNALES RIVER CHILI

3 tb Acon grease 3 ts Resh ground cumin
4 lb Lean round steak, coarse gro 2 c Oiling water
2 Medium or 1 large onion coar 1 32 oz. can stewed
tomatos, c
4 Cloves of garlic, finely cho 8 tb Hili powder
3 ts Alt 6 tb Absco sauce*
1 ts Ried, ground oregano
Melt the bacon grease in a large skillet over a med-high heat. Add meat and
brown. Add onions and garlic then cook until the onions aregetting
transluscent. Stir in the tomatos, chili sauce, oregano, cumin, & water.
Stir, cook, and add in the Tabasco sauce. Stir every few minutes while it
cooks for 30-45 minutes on low heat.
