1.00 c Oil
2.00 c Sugar
2.00 t Vanilla
2.00 c Zucchini; shredded
8.50 oz Crushed pineapple; drained
1.00 c Nuts; chopped
0.50 c Raisins
3.00 c Flour
1.50 t Cinnamon
1.00 t Salt
0.75 t Nutmeg
2.00 t Baking soda
0.25 t Baking powder

Beat the eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until thick.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased
