Honey Oatmeal Bread

1 c. water (I used water from soaking wheat berries!)
1/4 c honey
1 t. salt
1/2 c. oats (old fashioned rolled oats)
2 C flour (I used fresh ground whole wheat - yum!)
1 t. yeast
In my Breadman automatic bread machine this was wonderful!!!! Just be
sure not to add any extra flour right away as the mixture is extremely
wet until the oats have had time to absorb the moisture. I did not add
any extra flour and after about 1 minutes of kneading the mixture had
formed a nice smooth ball!
