1/4 cup honey

combine: sugar, dry yeast and warm water. The yeast should bubble. Add

NOTES : This bread is from a restaurant named "Olga's" in Northern
CA. This is an excellent bread great for gyro's, chicken, I even use
it for tuna salad or fresh veggie sandwich. The uses are only limited
by imagination. This also freezes well. I usually double the recipe,
freeze in zip locs. If doubling the recipe divide dough and let rise
in two seperate bowls! Enjoy! Jeanne.
