Sour Cream Quick Bread

Title: Sour Cream Quick Bread

Yield:

1 1/2 c flour
1 ts baking powder
1/2 ts baking soda
1/4 ts nutmeg
1/4 ts cinnamon
1 c sour cream; fat free
1 c sugar
2 egg


Preheat oven to 350F. Combine first 5 ingredients.
In a separate bowl combine sour cream, sugar, and eggs.
Add sour cream mixture to dry ingredients. Combine.
Pour in greased baking pan. Bake for 40 mins. or until
done.
