2 c cornmeal
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 T baking powder
2 t salt
1 egg
2 c milk
1 c cracklings

Combine ingredients. Heat two greased muffin pans in a 400 degree oven
for 3 minutes or until very hot. Pour batter into hot muffin pans, filling
2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
