Fried Rice with Bacon

Title: Fried Rice with Bacon

Yield: 1 servings

4 c Cold, cooked rice 1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar 3 Eggs, scrambled very soft
1/2 lb Bacon, fried crisp, crumbled 2 Green onions &
tops, chopped
3 tb Vegetable oil

Stir-fry rice in hot oil for 1 minute. Add sugar, salt and soy sauce.
Stior until heated through. Add eggs, green onions, and bacon pcs. Stir to
mix and serve.
