Latvian Herring Salad

1 herring in brine -- soaked in milk and d
diced
2 Granny Smith apple -- diced
2 onions -- chopped
3 hard boiled eggs -- diced
4 pickled cucumbers -- diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh cream
1 teaspoon curry.

Drain herring and rinse in water.
Mix everything to combine.
Chill.
