cooked and cubed chicken from
3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 cups seedless white grapes -- sliced
1/4 toasted almond slices
1/2 cup celery -- sliced or chopped
2/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
Mix mayonnaise mixture together in seperate bowl, set aside. In large bowl,
mix remaining ingredients together add mayo. mixture. May want to add
almonds & grapes right before serving. Yields 9 servings.
