Three Bean Salad

1 can (16 oz.) cut green beans -- drained
1 can (16 oz.) cut yellow beans drained
1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans -- drained
1 medium red onion -- sliced in rings
1 medium green pepper -- cut in 1" strips
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a large bowl combine beans, onions and green pepper. In a small bowl, combi
ne remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over bean mixture. Mix lightly. Cover
and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
