1/3 cup unsalted butter
4 medium potatoes -- cubed
1 cup carrot sticks -- 1 1/2" long
1/2 cup onions -- chopped
1/2 cup green pepper strips -- half the length of

1/2 cup frozen green beans -- thawed
1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt

Melt butter in pot. Add chicken bouillon and dill weed. Stir well. Add carro
ts, potatoes and onions. Cook a few minutes on medium-low. Add all other ingr
edients and cook until done.
