1 cup flour -- sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
1/4 cup sesame seeds -- toasted lightly
1 cup extra sharp cheese -- grated
1 egg yolk -- beaten
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup butter -- melted

Stir in dry ingredients. Form into soft ball. Chill slightly in refrigerator. P
lace ball between two sheets of waxed paper. Roll out as for pie crust about 1/
4 inch thick. Do not use any extra flour for rolling. Cut into strips 3/4 of an
inch by 3 inches or any desired size. Bake at 350 about 8 minutes or less. Fre
eze.

To serve: defrost.
