Benihaha's Superb Salad Dressing

Title: BENIHAHA'S SUPERB SALAD DRESSING

Yield: 1 cups

1/2 c Soybean oil
1/4 c White vinegar
3 tb Tomato paste
1 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 c Celery, sliced thin
1/4 c Onions, coarsely chopped

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix at
medium speed for 3 to 5 seconds, until celery is
finely grated. Add desired amount to salad and toss.
