1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
OR
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
4 tablespoons Olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
In a shallow dish, mix salt and pepper. Add the mustard and the oil; stir
well to mix. Add the vinegar, a little at a time, beating the mixture
continuously with a fork. Serve as soon as it is mixed well.
