Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 c tomato juice
2 hard cooked eggs -- shelled/quartered
1/4 c chopped onion
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Pour into a jar and refrigerate up to a week.
