No Cook Strawberry Jam

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pouch Certo fruit pectin
4 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups mashed strawberries

Combine lemon juice and pectin, mix well in small bowl. In large bowl, combine
sugar and berries, let set 10 minutes. Add small bowl contents to large bowl
and stir for 3 minutes. Fill jars or containers 1/2 inch from top, wipe clean,
cover at once with tight lid. Let stand 24 hours at room temperature. Pack i
n freezer.
