2 cups ripe strawberries -- crushed
1 box Sure Jell
4 cups sugar
3/4 cup water

Mix sugar into fruit, let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine Sure-Jell a
nd water and bring to a boil. Boil one minute, stirring constantly. Then pour
into fruit and mix for 3 minutes. Place in freezer container. Let stand at r
oom temperature for 24 hours before freezing.
