Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned pepper medley
1 pound steak or beef cubes

Combine first 4 ingredients in a glass dish. Add steak or beef cubes and
turn to coat with marinade. Marinate 20-30- minutes. Broil or grill.
