Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 1/2 c Milk
1 pk Vanilla pud. mix
1/2 c Quick cooking rice
1/3 c Raisins (optional)

In a 4 c. glass measuring cup combine all ingredients,
microwave on high 6 min. stirring occasionally. Cover
with plastic wrap and let stand until mixture
thickens. Serve cold or reheat at serving time.
