Frozen Horseradish Relish

2 cups heavy cream
2 cups creamed cottage cheese
6 tablespoons chives -- chopped
1 cup horseradish -- freshly grated
3 tablespoons vinegar
4 teaspoons sugar
salt -- to taste

Whip the heavy cream and fold in remaining ingredients.

Pour mixture into ice-cube trays. Freeze. When relish is frozen pop out cubes a
nd package in plastic bag. To serve, place frozen cubes in lettuce cups or lemo
n shells.
