2 cups raw spinich
1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Mix and let stand in the ice box for fifteen minutes. Serve on lettuce
leaves.
