Blueberry Sauce

Title: Blueberry Sauce

12 oz Fresh or frozen wild
-blueberries
1/3 c Water
1/3 c Sugar
1 ts Grated lemon rind

Place all ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan & bring to a boil.
Simmer gently for 10 min. Serve hot or cold.
