40 tomatoes
1/2 dozen green peppers (~RE's modification - add 4
Habanero's chopped)
1 dozen onion
2 cups sugar
1 quart vinegar
1 stalk celery
ketsup spice
salt -- to taste
pepper -- to taste
Place al ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and cook until all
vegetable are soft. Remove from heat and run thru a food mill. Bring back to a
boil, place in hot steriziled jars and seal at once.
