3 garlic
1 t ginger
1 t coriander
1 t caraway
1 t curry powder
1 t mustard
1 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon
2 t sugar
2 t peanut oil

in a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all ingredients
and process until smooth. use small amounts in sauteed meats or
vegetables.
