PRIZE FRUIT CHILI SAUCE

30 Large tomatoes
6 Onions
6 Pears
6 Peaches
3 Sweet red peppers
3 Green peppers
6 c Sugar
1 lg Bunch celery
2 tb Salt
1 qt Vinegar
1 sm Tin tomatoe paste
1/2 c Pickling spices (tied in
-a cheesecloth bag.)

Chop all vegetables, mix together all remaining
ingredients, add and simmer slowly until thick, about
2 hours. Remove pickling spices and discard.
Store in sterilized jars.
