Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound tomatoes, -- coarsely chopped
1 handful basil leaves, -- coarsely chopped

Heat olive oil in large saucepan. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add
basil and cook for another minute. Serve.
