2 tb Onion powder
2 tb Paprika
2 tb Salt
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Ground thyme

Sprinkle on steaks, chops and chicken before grilling
or broiling.

While you're at it, keep these in mind for gifts. Just
put them in a pretty jar, and attach a few recipe
suggestions with a ribbon. Makes a scant 1/2 cup.
