2 Tablespoon Butter or margarine -- melted

1/2 Cup Butter or margarine -- softened
3/4 cup Sugar
3 Ounce Unsweetened chocolate
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon Peppermint extract
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Whipping cream
Unsweetened chocolate -- grated

chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter/margarine. Press firmly into the
bottom of an 8-inch springform pan (or use a pie pan). Bake for 7-8 mins. Cool.
