Peanut Butter Tasty Cake

Title: PEANUT BUTTER TASTY CAKE

Yield: 10 servings
2 c Sugar
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
Salt
2 ts Butter; or margarine
1 c Milk
4 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
12 oz Peanut butter
12 oz Chocolate chips
Scald milk and butter. Mix together the sugar,
flour, baking powder, salt, eggs and vanilla. Bake at
350 degrees in a greased jelly roll pan for 35 minutes.
While cake is hot, spread peanut butter on top.
Place in freezer. Once peanut butter has hardened,
melt chocolate chips. Spread on top of the peanut
butter and place back in the freezer if you want to
keep it or just in the refrigerator to harden the
chips. Make sure that you warm this cake to room
temperature before cutting or the chocolate just
cracks instead of cutting nicely into pieces.
