Shar's Apple Cake

Title: Shar's Apple Cake

1 1/2 c Oil
2 c Sugar
3 c Flour
1 c Walnuts; chopped
2 ts Cinnamon
3 c Apples; sliced
2 lg Eggs; beaten til frothy
2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda

Recipe by: Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Put oil in bowl and sugar and
vanilla... then add apples and mix well. Stir in eggs and then add flour
and other dry ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts. Put into prepared pan and
bake 50-60 minutes at 350^. Good with whipped cream or ice cream or just
plain!
