The Best Carrot Cake

Title: THE BEST CARROT CAKE

Yield: 14 Servings
Mix together:
2 c Carrots; grated
2 c Brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Pineapple; drained
1 ts Vanilla
5 Eggs
1 c Nuts; chopped
Add:
2 c All-purpose flour
2 1/2 ts Cinnamon
2 1/2 ts Soda
1 ts Salt
Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Depends on oven. Done when toothpick
clean when comes out or top springs back. I always refrigerate my cakes
before decorating them.
This is the best one you will ever eat!! Not a low cal sort of thing but a
girl wanted carrot for her wedding. I have worked in bakeries for 20 +yrs.
