Aunt Eda's Peanut Butter Candy

Egg white
Confecitonery powder

Take one or 2 egg whites (I use one, as it's easier to work with). Beat egg
white till stiff, add enough sifted powder sugar to make a stiff dough,
(have on hand at least 1 whole box). Roll out on board - using powder sugar
on board and dough. Roll out in circle and spread peanut butter to edge.
Roll up jelly-roll fashion and slice 1/4" thick. Let sit one hour. Freezes
very well for a quick candy snack or unexpected visitors.
