PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar -- packed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Cream margarine, sugar, peanut but
ter, egg, and vanilla for 2 minutes. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl and add dr
y ingredients. Stir on low speed. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute. Make small
balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 350
degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
