Rosie's Orange Oatmeal Cookies

1 Banana, ripe
1/2 c Orange juice concentrate
1 c Flour, unbleached
1/4 c Walnuts
1/2 c Raisins
1 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Oatmeal
2 Egg whites
1 ts Orange zest
1/2 c Honey
1/2 ts Cinnamon

Blend egg whites, banana, oj concentrate, and honey. Add to dry
ingredients. Then add raisins, chopped nuts, orange zest, and cinnamon.
Drop on sprayed baking sheet (1 t at a time) and bake at 350 for 10-12
minutes.
