Title: Soft Chocolate Chunk Cookies/family Circle

1 c All-purpose flour; plus 2 tb
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Butter
1/3 c Smooth peanut butter
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Packed light brown sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/4 c Walnuts; chopped
12 oz Chocolate chunks

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Combine
flour and baking soda.
Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated and brown sugars until light and
fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, walnuts and
chocolate. Drop 2 tablespoons batter per cookie on prepared sheets,
spacing 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven 15 to 17 minutes
or until golden brown around edges. Cool on sheets, 3 minutes. Transfer to
racks to cool.
