White Chip Dream Cookies

Title: White Chip Dream Cookies

2 1/4 c Flour
3/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Butter or margarine; soften
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Light brown sugar; packed
1 Egg
2 ts Grated orange peel, to 3 tsp
2 c White chocolate morsels

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter and
sugars in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and orange peel.
Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop dough by rounded
tbls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 350~ oven for 10-12
minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes;
remove to wire racks to cool completely.
