Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Cup Half and half -- scalded
1 Cup Chocolate chips
1 Egg
1 Pinch salt
1 Tablespoon Creme de menthe
2 Cup Whipped cream

Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container. Process on high for 1 minute.
Pour into serving dishes. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream.
