PAPER BAG APPLE PIE

4 apples -- to 5 sliced
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pie shell
TOPPING:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice well with apples.
Pour into pie shell. Mix topping ingredients well until it becomes
crumbs. Pour on top of apple mixture. Place pie in a large brown
paper bag and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
