RHUBARB PIE

2 cups cooked cooled rhubarb
2 egg, yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup sugar
Mix ingredients and stir will. Put in unbaked pie shell, dot with butter an
dbake until firm. Top with egg whites beaten stiff with 1/4 cup sugar.
Return to oven til golden brown. Bake 350.
