1/2 cup cocoa
3 tablespoons instant non fat milk
6 tablespoons shortening

Combine sugar, cocoa, and milk powder. Cut in shortening. To use: Combine
1/3 cup of mix to 3/4 teaspoon water. Mix well and frost cake.
