1/4 c Shortening
1/4 c Butter
1/2 ts Coconut extract
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 c Confectioners' sugar

Cream together egg white, shortening and butter and extracts until well
blended. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating until fluffy.
Use as a frosting for Blue Ribbon Banana Cake.
