Avocado Ice Cream

Title: Avocado Ice Cream

Yield: 1 batch
1/2 c Orange juice -- well chilled
1/2 c Lemon juice 1 c Mashed ripe avocados
14 1/2 oz Can evaporated milk 1 1/2 c Sugar
Mix juices. Beat milk in chilled bowl until almost doubled in volume. Add
all ingredients; blend well. Freeze.
