1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup flour -- unbleached
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pam. Mix sliced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar. Press into

NOTES : The original recipe calls for 4 apples and indicated 9 servings. I
use 5 apples and get 4 to 5 servings. I usually bake it covered in a glass
casserole rather than the 9x11. It's really good warm with some ice cream.
