Bananas And Apples In Caramel Sauce

2 Medium golden Delicious apples
1/2 C. butter or margarine
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/3 C. water
3 Medium bananas
1/2 C. pecans
Cut apples into wedges. In 12-inch skillet over medium
heat in hot butter, cook apple wedges 5 minutes, stirring
often. Push apples to one side. Stir in brown sugar over low
heat until melted, stirring frequently. Gradually stir in
water. Cut bananas into 2-inch diagonal pieces. Add bananas
and pecans to mixture in skillet. Cook 3 minutes over medium
heat or until bananas are heated. Gently turn fruit occasionally.
Serve warm.
